These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Cash Value Pro public website at cashvaluepro.com (the "Site"), its public forms, informational content, and related website functions. Cash Value Pro is operated by Legacy Life LLC, doing business as Cash Value Pro ("Legacy Life," "we," "us," or "our"), a Texas-based business offering Virtual Services throughout the United States.

By accessing or using the Site or submitting a public form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or submit information through its forms.

Use of the separate Cash Value Pro application at app.cashvaluepro.com may be subject to additional terms presented during account creation or within the application. These Terms do not contain every term governing application accounts or paid subscriptions.

Cash Value Pro is a software platform that helps agents, agencies, and individuals organize financial information and prepare for more productive planning conversations. The public website:

• Provides promotional, educational, and informational content
• Lets agents, agencies, and professional practices request demonstrations
• Links agents to the live application
• Lets individuals join early access
• Accepts general contact inquiries
• Provides planning illustrations, examples, and explanatory content

The agent and agency platform is available now. Individual access is opening in stages, and the public website does not promise immediate individual application access.

3. No Professional Advice

Cash Value Pro does not provide tax, legal, investment, financial, or insurance advice. Website and platform content is informational and organizational only. Illustrations, examples, projections, and scenarios are for demonstration and planning-conversation purposes and are not guarantees.

You should consult qualified and properly licensed professionals before making any financial, tax, legal, investment, or insurance decisions. No content or software result should be the sole basis for any such decision. Cash Value Pro does not guarantee outcomes, returns, savings, debt-payoff dates, retirement results, insurance performance, or financial benefits. Nothing on the Site makes Cash Value Pro your advisor, insurer, broker-dealer, attorney, accountant, or fiduciary.

To use the Site or submit a public form, you must:

You represent that you have the right to submit the information you provide, and you agree not to submit unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or unauthorized information.

Public forms are not intended for highly sensitive records. Please do not submit the following through public forms:

Accessing third-party resources is at your own discretion and risk and is subject to their terms.

10. Availability & Changes to the Website

We may change, update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue the public website, in whole or in part, at any time. Features, descriptions, availability, and content may change, and we may correct errors or outdated information. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, and maintenance, security issues, hosting failures, or other events may affect availability. We do not promise the permanent availability of any public feature.

11. Restriction or Suspension of Access

We may restrict or block access to the public website or its forms when reasonably necessary because of abuse, fraud, security threats, illegal activity, repeated spam, attempts to interfere with the Site, or violations of these Terms.

12. Disclaimers; "As Is"

15. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the public website shall be brought in the state courts located in Ellis County, Texas, or the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Dallas Division. Each party consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

16. General Terms

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. Legacy Life LLC may assign these Terms as part of a merger, restructuring, sale, transfer, or business succession.

Entire Agreement. These Terms and the linked Privacy Policy constitute the agreement governing the public website and public forms, except where separate written or application-specific terms apply.

Headings. Section headings are for convenience only and do not control interpretation.
