Privacy Policy
How Cash Value Pro collects, uses, and protects the information you share with us.
Last updated: July 9, 2026
1. Introduction & Scope
Cash Value Pro is operated by Legacy Life LLC ("Legacy Life," "Cash Value Pro," "we," "us," or "our"), a Texas-based business providing virtual services throughout the United States. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information through the Cash Value Pro public website (cashvaluepro.com) and its public forms.
This policy covers the public marketing pages and the public Contact, Request a Demo, and Individual Early Access forms. It does not describe every data practice within the separate Cash Value Pro application at app.cashvaluepro.com, which is governed by its own terms and privacy practices.
Cash Value Pro is a software platform that helps agents, agencies, and individuals organize financial information and prepare for more productive planning conversations. It does not provide tax, legal, investment, financial, or insurance advice.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide through our forms
When you submit a public form — a contact message, a demo request, or an individual early-access request — we collect the information you choose to provide. Depending on the form, this may include:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Phone number (where provided)
- Company, agency, or practice name
- State or location
- Estimated number of clients
- Current planning tools
- Whether you are currently working with an agent (where asked)
- Reason for contacting
- Messages, notes, goals, or questions you include
- Your consent choice
- Form type and routing details (for example, the form's audience and source, used to direct your request to the right place)
Technical and security information
When you submit a public form, our form-processing endpoint also records limited technical information to help us receive, deliver, secure, and keep a record of your request, including:
- IP address
- Browser or user-agent information
- Submission date and time
- Form type and source
- Basic request metadata used for rate limiting and spam prevention
IP addresses and submission metadata can, in some cases, be associated with an individual, so we treat this information carefully. Accepted submissions may also be stored in protected backup records so that requests are not lost if an email notification fails.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use information submitted through the public website and its forms to:
- Respond to contact messages and answer your questions
- Schedule and conduct demonstrations you request
- Provide information about agent and agency access
- Manage individual early-access interest and send the staged-access notifications you request
- Maintain records of requests and communications
- Protect the website against abuse, spam, fraud, and security threats
- Improve the performance and usability of the website
- Comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes
In practice: contact submissions are used primarily to answer your inquiry; demo submissions are used to arrange demonstrations and discuss Cash Value Pro; and early-access submissions are used to send staged-access notices and relevant Cash Value Pro updates. You are not automatically placed on unrelated marketing lists.
4. Email & Marketing Communications
If you provide your email address and express interest — for example, by requesting a demo, joining individual early access, asking to receive information, or otherwise indicating interest — we may contact you about Cash Value Pro using our email communication and mailing-list systems.
You may opt out of marketing communications using the unsubscribe instructions included in an email, by visiting our unsubscribe page, or by contacting us at info@cashvaluepro.com. Transactional or direct-response communications related to an existing request (such as replying to your message or arranging a demo you asked for) may still be sent when appropriate.
5. Analytics, Cookies, Fonts & Similar Technologies
The public website uses Google Analytics 4, a web-analytics service provided by Google, to understand how visitors find and use the site. Analytics may collect general usage information such as pages viewed, referring links, approximate (city-level) location derived from IP address, browser and device type, and on-page interactions such as button clicks, form submissions, and video plays. We use this information to measure traffic and improve the website.
Google Analytics uses cookies and similar browser technologies to measure usage. We do not intentionally send directly identifying information — such as your name, email address, phone number, or the contents of any form or message — to Analytics. Where the website records an interaction (for example, that a demo request was submitted, or that a mailing-list confirmation email was requested), it sends only non-identifying details about the action, never your personal information. For the mailing list, the website records only that a confirmation email was requested — not that any subscription was completed, which happens separately through our email system.
This is an analytics-only implementation. Advertising and remarketing features are not enabled, and advertising-related consent settings are defaulted to denied. The website does not use advertising cookies, and we do not build cross-site advertising profiles.
You can control or block cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics across websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. For privacy questions, contact us at info@cashvaluepro.com.
The website also loads web fonts hosted by Google Fonts. When your browser loads a page, it requests these font files from Google's servers, which means your browser's request information (such as your IP address) is shared with that provider for the purpose of delivering the fonts.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not share personal information for third-party behavioral advertising.
We may share information only as reasonably necessary with service-provider categories such as:
- Website hosting and infrastructure providers
- Email delivery and communications providers
- Security and spam-prevention services
- Technical support providers
- Professional advisers, when reasonably necessary
- Government or legal authorities, when required by law
These providers are expected to handle information only as needed to perform their services. We may also disclose information to protect our rights, safety, or property, or that of others.
7. Data Retention
- Public contact, demo, and early-access records are generally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction.
- Records associated with an active business relationship may be retained while reasonably necessary to support that relationship.
- Unsubscribe or suppression records may be retained as necessary to honor opt-out requests.
- Temporary security and rate-limit records are retained only for a limited period.
- Information may be retained longer when reasonably necessary for legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, disputes, or recordkeeping.
- When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect the information you share with us. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Privacy Choices & Requests
Subject to applicable law, you may contact us to request:
- Access to the personal information you provided
- Correction of inaccurate information
- Deletion of information
- Withdrawal of marketing consent
- Information about how your data is handled
We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Some information may need to be retained where legally or operationally necessary, so not every request can be fully granted. We will review and respond to requests as required by applicable law. To make a request, use the contact details below.
10. Age Restriction
The public website and Cash Value Pro services are intended for adults and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 through the public website. If we learn that such information was submitted, we will take reasonable steps to remove it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we handle your information.
